I see ours as a partnership in support of your intentions for our work together. My approach is client centered, meaning I bring my skill and experience to work with what is present for you. I can provide as much, or as little, structure as needed to get at and sustain the work.
My orientation is informed by my training and experience as a teacher guiding others through the generative process of making art, as a spiritual director supporting the process of discernment, and as a coach practitioner with Level 2 training in the Internal Family Systems model of learning to navigate from a core sense of self.
The common factor in these approaches is the view that the impetus and mapping of a creative, authentic life starts within and that the process of way-finding is supported and enhanced through collaborative connection.

For existing clients, 75 minute sessions provide a slightly extended time to be with what is arising for you, depending on your intentions for our work together
90 minute coaching session $150*
For existing clients, 90 minute sessions provide a slightly extended time to be with what is arising for you, depending on your intentions for our work together
60 minute art session $100*
For existing clients, 60 minute art sessions can be a place for hands-on exploration of any stage of the creative process, from idea generation, to making art, to reflecting on your art to discover new directions
